Chubb Fire & Security, a proud member of the global Carrier group, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team in Blackburn. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Your Work Schedule
You will enjoy a balanced 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM (for example, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
Your Mission
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service to our internal and external customers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including:
* Field-based Engineers
* Account Managers
* Our Branch Network
You'll work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
* Demonstrating excellent service to all customers.
* Maintaining confidentiality and company standards in customer relationships.
* Accurately recording and processing customer information.
* Taking ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
* Identifying and escalating any incidents that may affect service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* At least six months of customer service experience.
* Experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* A collaborative spirit to communicate effectively with your team and others.
