Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 10:30am 7:30pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth running of the mid-shift operations. You'll support the Operations Manager and lead the team by hands-on involvement in picking and loading multi-part orders when needed. Your role will also encompass determining staffing levels, coaching team members, and collaborating with other departments to trouble-shoot and identify areas for improvement. You'll be a key player in setting job expectations and maintaining efficiency throughout the warehouse.
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
* MUST hold a valid counterbalance FLT certificate of competence
* Relevant warehouse supervisory experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to coordinate operations efficiently
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Warehouse Supervisor Benefits:
