About the Role
We are looking to bring an experienced Manager or Senior Manager into our growing team.
In this position, you’ll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, overseeing accounts preparation, corporation tax and personal tax compliance. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Day-to-day duties include:
* Managing and reviewing accounts and tax returns for a portfolio of clients
* Supervising and mentoring a team of accountants and trainees
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and relationship management
* Working closely with the partners to deliver advisory projects and identify opportunities for added value
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax legislation
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Has strong experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
* Enjoys developing client relationships and providing a personal, professional service
* Has experience managing a portfolio of clients and supervising a team
* Is proactive, organised and confident in leading and developing others
