Senior Python Developer - BioTech

Looking for a Senior Python Developer to help scale a global cloud-based data analysis platform used in genomics and bioinformatics.
What you’ll do:
* Build and maintain cloud-native Python applications (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Tornado)
* Work with bioinformatics scientists and engineers to deliver scalable data analysis tools
* Manage large-scale data systems (100s of TBs) and integrate with AWS services (ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, Batch)
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure (GitLab, AWS CodeDeploy)
What you’ll bring:
* Strong Python web development experience
* Solid cloud deployment skills (especially AWS)
* Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
* Bonus: background in bioinformatics or scientific computing
