Job Purpose
By operating in an efficient manner, contribute to the achievement of the production targets as set out in the capacity plan, and other targets as set by the Production Shift Managers or your Team Leader.
* To collate, palletise, wrap and label finished goods and raw materials
* Present and load goods onto appropriately checked vehicles
* Ensure excellent hygiene is maintained throughout the facility.
* Count and organise packaging required.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure every raw material and every customer order is packed and labelled correctly following procedures and ensuring each order leaves on time.
* Check vehicle and driver credentials to ensure we met all statutory and company requirements.
* Comply with IMDG ADR and IATA requirements, completing all documentation as required.
* Communicate and liaise with Shipping as required
* Organise the packaging, yard and storage to ensure excellent hygiene and housekeeping
1. Ensure FLT trucks are checked before use, and charged as per requirements and company policy
2. Work as a member of the production team and contribute to the goals and objectives of that team, as communicated by your Team Leader, or the Shift Manager.
