Responsibilities
* Assess the insurance needs of clients in Edinburg, TX, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to their individual requirements
* Identify potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings to discuss personalized insurance options
* Oversee policy renewals and make necessary updates to ensure continued alignment with clients' evolving needs
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting clients with claims processing
* Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to deliver accurate and up-to-date guidance
Qualifications
* Proven ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, building strong and trustworthy relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

* Proficient in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems, enabling efficient data management and workflow organization
