What you’ll be doing
* Advising on private capital fundraisings and institutional investments.
* Taking ownership of fund reviews and secondary transactions.
* Gaining hands-on exposure to regulatory and tax alongside core transactional work.

About you
* 1–3 PQE from a City, Silver Circle, or leading international firm.
* Experience in funds is ideal - but corporate M&A lawyers keen to pivot into funds may also be considered.
* Strong legal analysis, commercial judgement, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
