The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will:
Oversee day to day operations
Ensure full CQC compliance and governance
Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
Manage reviews and care adjustments
Lead recruitment, induction and staff development
Carry out audits, spot checks and reporting
Convert enquiries into care packages
Build relationships with GPs, discharge teams and community partners
This is a hands on leadership role with real autonomy.
What You'll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Willingness to work towards Level 5
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Leadership confidence and organisation
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
