About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service: Respond to customer queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Working as part of a team: Support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, work together to make everyone's day better.
* Maintaining a safe and legal environment: Keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Introducing new products and services: Make changes feel natural, share experiences with colleagues to learn together.
* Supporting the local community: Get involved in activities and events.
