Commercial Property Solicitor Northampton
A brilliant opportunity has come up for aCommercial Property Solicitorto join a well-established and growing team inNorthampton.
Youll work on a varied mix of commercial property matters, supporting a broad client base across development work, sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant and corporate support.
The team is friendly, highly experienced, and offers strong support and progression.
The role will include:
* Running commercial property matters from start to finish
* Advising clients and delivering a consistently high level of service
* Managing client relationships including onboarding through to billing
* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
* Working closely with Senior Associates/Partners on more complex work
* Ensuring files remain compliant and audit-ready
