A leading UK Pension Consultancy is looking for a Senior Pension Administrator to join their Scheme Administration team.
To apply for this role, you should have experience working in a similar position and possess strong DB Pension knowledge.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Accurately maintaining and updating member records.
2. Processing member events such as Retirements, Deaths, Early leavers, Transfers In, Transfers Out, and providing Illustrative quotations.
3. Serving as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
4. Escalating complex technical queries to the Team Leader and technical support team.
5. Preparing and checking manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence.
6. Maintaining the in-house pension administration database.
7. Peer reviewing and checking member and scheme events processed by less experienced Administrators to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
8. Attending Trustee or client meetings.
9. Providing support and guidance during internal and external meetings on scheme events and project-related administration issues.
10. Keeping up to date with technical and scheme changes.
