WerelookingforaSeniorAnalysttosupportourbusyExploration&Production(E&P)teaminAberdeen.Thisisahands-onlaboratorypositionwithaddedresponsibilityforsupportingteamleadersinmanagingdailyoperationsandmaintainingservicequality.Youllworkacrossarangeofanalyticaltaskswhileguidinganddevelopingjuniorstaff,drivingperformance,andsupportingourQHSEandcommercialtargets.
KeyResponsibilities
Manageandsupportthedailyworkloadoftheanalyticalteaminlinewithclientandtechnicalstandards. Mentorjuniorteammembersandsupporttrainingonbothroutineandadvancedanalyticaltechniques. Prepare,review,andsignoffanalyticalreports,ensuringaccuracyandcompliance. LeadbyexampleinmaintainingQHSEstandardsandreportingnon-conformances. Supportequipmentmaintenanceandensurecalibrationsremainuptodate. Liaisewithclients,generatequotations,andmanagePOswithinagreedlimits. DriveperformanceusingKPIssuchasturnaroundtimesandcustomerfeedback(NPS). Contributetomethoddevelopment,validationprojects,andservicelineimprovements. ActivelyidentifyupsellopportunitiesandpassleadstotheBusinessDevelopmentteam. Carryoutcontractorderreviewstoensurefullunderstandingofcustomerrequirements. Occasionallysupportoffshoreorsiteworkasrequired.
