Pay Rate to Intermediary: £30.71 - £52.74 per hour

Spinwell is recruiting for a Lead Planner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities of the Lead Planner
1. Develop and implement relevant site procedures
2. Undertake assurance and analyse programme schedule, identify developing problem areas, access norms and support change control reviews
3. Provide training and mentoring for the area of planning
4. Analyse critical paths and restraints and integrate inter discipline schedule requirements to establish logical work sequence
5. Provide analytical feedback on overall portfolio performance into the portfolio level accountability sessions
6. Provide oversight of targets, support external audit of targets, and ensure targets proposed support mission delivery
7. Be the expert on planning systems, processes, and implementation
8. Be the intelligent customer for Primavera P6 software
9. Perform the responsibilities of authorisations relevant to post
10. Manage staff as a line manager
Skills/Experience of the Lead Planner
* HND or equivalent qualification plus experience
