Overview
Brand Marketing Manager position at searchparty digital Ltd.
6 month contract (initially). Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days a week in Leeds with the wider marketing team and in-house creative digital studio.
This is a B2B campaign, brand strategy and planning role within a European enterprise company with diverse product areas including next-generation SaaS digital platforms and green tech. The marketing team operates with an agency-style culture while client-side in a modern business environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and engage B2B audiences across multiple channels (events, blogs, social media, videos, infographics, and more).
* Lead brand management activities: maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging aligned with target audiences and business goals.
* Collaborate with in-house creative and design studio (copywriters, content creators, video/animators, designers, multi-channel marketing team) to implement campaigns.
* Plan and manage Creative Campaign Strategy & Planning for integrated brand-led campaigns, with a strong emphasis on CRM/email marketing and performance analysis (CRM/email, paid social, PPC).
* Coordinate with events team for industry events across Europe and ensure seamless execution.
* Leverage influencer marketing, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify campaign reach where appropriate.
* Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evolve and implement brand strategy with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
* Hands-on knowledge of managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns across CRM/email, paid social, and PPC—familiarity with Exec-level collaboration.
* Strong ability to maintain brand identity and messaging across multiple channels in a B2B environment.
