Working with over 90 law firms across the UK, QMGS provides screening assessments, pagination of medical records and expert reports for Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims.

Given our focus on providing exceptional customer service, this position will play a key part in delivering on this goal.
Our Expert Liaison team interacts directly with the solicitors we work with, sourcing and managing medical experts who provide reports that play a key role in determining the outcome of a case.
The work is fast-paced and complicated, meaning you'll be operating in a hugely rewarding environment that will allow you to learn a great detail about the legal space, and the important role that medical expertise plays in running a clinical negligence or personal injury case.
You will regularly be speaking with solicitors and medical experts and be required to be clear & concise in your communication
Following on from the above, you will need to be happy picking up the phone to speak with solicitors and medical experts to help progress cases and solve issues
You will be required to find relevant medical experts for specific cases either by looking through our existing panel of experts or searching for new experts
Organisation & time-management. It's vital that we balance providing quality work with a rapid response time to our customers. Cases can be complex and it's important that you immerse yourself in this world in order to understand how solicitors run cases, the legal obligations of medical experts and the latest developments in the industry
