Are you a hospitality professional with a love for fresh food, friendly service, and tranquil surroundings? We're seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our café/restaurant in our Retail Unit. where seasonal dishes meet scenic views and warm, welcoming service.

Nestled within the heart of Dorset our on-site restaurant is a vibrant part of the customer experience. We serve homemade, locally sourced meals, fresh bakery items, and barista-quality coffee in a relaxed, inspired setting.
?? The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of our front- and back-of-house operations. From breakfast through afternoon tea, you'll ensure our guests enjoy exceptional service and delicious food in a calm, clean, and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer experiences
* Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and training
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
* Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Support seasonal menu planning with a focus on fresh, local produce
* Maximise sales and profitability through efficient operations and great hospitality
?? What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in managing a café, restaurant, or similar food-service venue
* A passion for hospitality and people management
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team
* Strong understanding of food safety and compliance
* Experience with EPOS systems and back-office functions
* Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
