Job Title: Night Residential Childcare Practitioner
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £30,646 - £33,598 a year
Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off)
Service: Residential Care for Young People age 6 to 17
Service Users: Young people with social, emotional, and mental health need
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Fluent in English
* Excellent Verbal Communication skills
Desirable Requirments:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to study towards)
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
Note: We do not consider Care Assistants/Support Workers with experience working with Adults/Dementia/Domiciliary or any CQC provision to be a similar role.

Responsibilities:
* Provide support to young people during waking nights, offering assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise.
* Complete tasks around the home during quieter periods, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry.
* Build rapport and trust with young people, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
