We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our tight-knit team and help grow our pipeline to the next level.
What we need:
* This is an opportunity to become a pivotal member of our experienced Commercial Team. You will contribute to the growth and embedding of Appointedd solutions by:
o Running high-volume outbound activity through phone calls, emails and social media to generate new opportunities
o Qualifying and targeting opportunities and leads to ensure they sit within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
o Conducting discovery calls to understand prospect needs and assess fit against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
o Assisting with product demonstrations and developing your presentation skills
o Supporting Senior Account Executives in managing pipeline and progressing deals to close
o Maintaining and updating your pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
o Identifying significant opportunities to grow business within existing clients, associated accounts and their networks
o Collaborating with all our business teams to ensure a high level of service is provided at all times to encourage referrals.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting & Research: Identifying and researching potential customers within our retail ICP to build a robust sales pipeline, and building account plans associated to this
* Outbound activity: utilising our tools to contact prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and other creative approaches to generate SQLs.
* Lead qualification: utilising MEDDICC to determine whether these leads have potential to move quickly through our pipeline
* Booking meetings: scheduling and conducting discovery calls and some demos alongside our Senior Client Partner
* CRM Maintenance: Keeping accurate records of all interactions and data in HubSpot, our CRM
* Nurturing leads: Following up with prospects who are not yet ready to buy, often in collaboration with marketing
* End to end sales process for smaller, mid market opportunities
Skills/traits required:
* You have a commercial mindset and ambition to build a career in sales
* Confident and resilient - comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outbound messaging
* Eagerness to develop presentation and product demonstration skills
* Naturally curious with a consultative mindset and desire to understand client challenges
* Driven and proactive - you don't mind spending time putting in the hard yards required to fill an enterprise pipeline
* You love building relationships with our clients and finding creative ways to solve problems
* You thrive working with people, but are equally comfortable working alone
* You have some experience in sales, business development or account management and knowledge of SaaS technology.
