About the Role As the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and insurance companies, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include: Organising and managing the efficient booking and repair of customer vehicles Coordinating work within the Bodyshop and ensuring progress meets company and customer expectations Maintaining positive relationships with customers, insurers, and internal teams Managing data accurately and distributing documents across departments What We’re Looking For Previous customer service experience Strong IT skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment Pre-Employment Checks If successful, we’ll complete standard employment checks, which may include verifying employment history, address, credit history, criminal record, and driving licence.
