Kier, a part of Jobs for Humanity, is seeking a Project Manager for an approximately £20M commercial refurbishment in Falkirk. The role will be site based with some hybrid flexibility, 42.5 hours per week, and no sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Manage and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme requirements
* Act as the main client point of contact, building excellent relationships and identifying future opportunities
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across all activities
* Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor financial performance and produce regular progress reports
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing high-value construction projects within a main contracting environment
* Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
* Relevant construction qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent) and membership with a professional body such as CIOB or ICE
* Essential certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and a driving licence
* Strong communication skills and experience working with NEC and JCT contract conditions
