This role sits within our Finance department which provides support services to the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues. About The Role We are currently recruiting for Pricing Analyst to join our passionate and driven team. Regular travel will be required to visit sites across nationally as required. Key Responsibilities Preparation of quotations for additional services or for new sites for existing customers. Provide support for Sales Team with the provision of costings for new tenders and retenders. This includes analysis of TUPE data, productivity calculations and Capex proposals. Creation of various submission templates that clients utilise and completion of client submissions in line with tender deadlines using our costing data. Updating cost models for National Minimum Wage and Living Wage adjustments and any other legislative changes. Provide analysis of performance of new contracts compared to our signed off cost model to assist operations team with contract profitability. Support for the finance team during peak parts of the month such as month end. Maintain up to date record of all cost models, and ensure all in correct templates. Key Working Relationships Business Development Directors & Client Solution teams Operational teams including Sector Managing Directors Business unit and central finance teams The Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Criteria Strong commercial awareness and able to understand and apply financial and commercial principles Able to makes systematic and rational judgements based on relevant information Experience of working within a fast paced, growing business and the ability to influence, debate and seek solutions. Must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict reporting deadlines. Strong excel skills. Ability to analyse and manipulate large volumes of data. Have confidence to challenge assumptions being provided by Sales and Operations teams.
