The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:
1. Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning communal areas such as stairs, doors and windows and removing bulk waste
2. Grounds maintenance tasks to include litter picking and general upkeep
3. Working with customers to identify faults, resolving issues and improving services
4. Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
5. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
Skills and experiences:
6. Literacy and numeracy equivalent to Grade C English and Maths GCSE
7. Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
8. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
9. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
10. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
11. Good communication and customer care skills
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
