We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to human resources operations and support employee-related processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR administration, compliance, and system management while ensuring smooth coordination across various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze compensation data to assist the HR Manager in compiling detailed compensation files.
• Process and review benefit invoices to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
• Manage transaction changes, including updates related to benefit coverage and new levels of employee benefits.
• Ensure proper reflection of new coverage levels within HR systems.
• Support onboarding processes to create a seamless experience for new employees.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively.
• Monitor HR compliance to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
• Proven experience in HR administration and coordination, including onboarding and employee management.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with HR compliance regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing employee records.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to handle benefit-related transactions and ensure accurate system updates.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
