We are seeking a Conveyancing Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will want to begin their career in Conveyancing and enhance their administration skills. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to the main Conveyancing Team, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
* Provide general administrative support, including scanning, post allocation and preparing letters
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Organise files and maintain an orderly office environment
* Support team members with administrative and basic conveyancing duties as required
Skills
* Proficient computer skills, including use of Word and Outlook
* Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
* Excellent typing abilities with attention to detail for client correspondence
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and clients
* Confident phone manner
