An established business is seeking a number of dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN) to join its team, providing high-quality nursing (plus dementia and mental health support) in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. This role is part of a new service that is being opened and offers the opportunity to work within supportive teams across different care settings, ensuring continuity of excellent patient care.

What you’ll be doing as Registered Nurse:
You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with varying needs, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to promote health, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines and care plans.
Monitor, assess, and record residents’ conditions, escalating where necessary.
Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.
Supervise and guide care staff, ensuring best practices are maintained.
Work collaboratively across multiple nursing homes to maintain continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Adhere to NMC standards, safeguarding policies, and regulatory requirements.
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with:
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in elderly or residential care settings is desirable.
Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt and work effectively across different care homes.
Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
