The Role &; Rewards
* Full-time, on-site position
* £40,000
* Be fully accountable for Driving revenue growth and Team performance and engagement
* Supported by an established team including Treatment Coordinators, reception, and clinicians
* Report directly into senior management
* Genuine autonomy to shape culture, performance, and commercial success

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing KPIs
