Adaptable Recruitment is hiring a full-time Executive Administrator to support a busy Residential Conveyancing team at a well-established legal practice. This onsite role is ideal for candidates with legal administrative experience and strong organisational skills.

* Location: Southport, England
* Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)
* Contract Type: Full-Time
* Work Type: Fully Office-Based

Responsibilities
* Manage conveyancing files (digital and hard copy)
* Conduct ID checks, file opening/closure, archiving, and data updates
* Draft standard documents under supervision
* Process contracts, SDLT forms, and Land Registry applications
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Produce billing documentation and liaise with Finance
* Maintain and update the Case Management System
* Handle scanning, copying, filing, and document production
* Answer and direct calls for the conveyancing team
* Support process improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in residential conveyancing or legal property administration
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in IT and legal case management systems
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines
Desirable
* Experience with SOS Case Management System
