We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a long standing client of ours on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll be doing:
📥 Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
🔍 Matching, batching & coding
📞 Building great relationships with suppliers
🧾 Reconciling statements and supporting payment runs
You’ll be a great fit if you:
✔ Have previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience or simply looking to gain further experience!
✔ Know your way around accounting systems & Excel
✔ Organised
✔ Love solving problems and chasing down missing info
✔ Enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team
