Mortgage Advisor
We are looking for an Experienced Mortgage Broker to join us in Surrey, who has ideally looked after high net worth clientele, to join our premium Estate Agency Partner – Hamptons.
This role is also hybrid, whereby at a minimum you are required in the office 3 days a week and then 2 days from home ( once fully trained and authorised)
Capital Private Finance was established in 2010 and specialises in all aspects of property finance. Being part of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services provider in the UK, working with over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D Wood across London and the South.
Our advisors provide advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. In addition our advisors are to assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release and commercial.
The right candidate will:
1. Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
2. Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
3. Ideally from an estate agency background
4. Provide an excellent level of customer service.
5. A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
