Working within the SportsPark department, the Sports Assistant Apprentice will be part of the Facilities & Operations team while completing an EDN Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, which takes at least 12 months.

Candidates must be willing to work a shift pattern covering early mornings (6:30am-3pm), weekends (7am-2:30pm), weekday evenings (2pm-10:30pm), and two weekends in three, to ensure facilities operate efficiently.
Essential training and development will be provided, covering customer service, health and safety, personal development, and IT skills.
