This hybrid role requires a minimum of four days per week onsite at Bicester Village.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
* Lead the Website and App user experience strategy, prioritising initiatives based on best practices, data insights, and stakeholder input
* Define and implement the SEO strategy, ensuring technical optimisation and effective budget deployment
* Oversee front-end design and development of the Website, managing budgets and ensuring alignment with business impact and effort estimations
* Lead engagement with Village Web Managers, cascading information, sharing best practices, and delivering training
* Monitor and optimise platform performance using analytics tools and guest feedback

* Demonstrated experience managing web, app, and SEO strategies with a strong understanding of user experience design principles
