About the Programme
The AFRY Future Energy Programme is our full‑time entry route into a permanent role within our Thermal & Renewable UK team, for graduate engineers who want to contribute to the energy transition and a sustainable future. From day one, you’ll be a fully integrated member of our engineering team, building your career and working on projects for our clients whilst taking part in a structured 9‑month global development programme designed to fast‑track your professional growth, kicking things off with a week in the Stockholm head office.
During the programme, you will cover areas such as customers & sales, project management, engineering at AFRY, inclusion & diversity, and more detailed technical engineering training more closely aligned with your chosen specialist area.
After completing the programme, you’ll continue in your permanent role with opportunities to grow into technical consulting, project management or leadership positions. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across continents, and as you develop, you may also have opportunities to work on projects overseas.
