We are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require help managing behaviour and engagement within a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide targeted behaviour support
2. Support pupils during lessons and transitions
3. Use de-escalation strategies effectively
4. Build positive, trusting relationships
5. Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
Skills & Experience
6. Experience in behaviour support, youth work or care is desirable
7. Resilient and consistent approach
8. Strong behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
