Job Description
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, interviews, and on-boarding.
* Oversee employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary's.
* Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Support the HR team in delivering HR projects.
* Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and keep up to date with changes in the sector.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in a similar HR role within the not for profit or education sector.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
