Lecturer – Electrical Engineering
The Department of STEM and Construction is seeking an experienced candidate as a Lecturer to teach Electrical Engineering. This role involves teaching learners at SCQF levels 5 to 7 in classroom as well as in practical and experiential settings.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality learning, teaching and assessment materials, and provide excellent teaching in electrical engineering.
* Produce high quality teaching materials and assessment resources.
* Deliver theory elements in Access, NC, HNC and HND electrical engineering including City and Guilds qualifications.
* Work as part of a team to ensure that the curriculum is relevant and up-to-date.
* Maintain appropriate ICT skills and good knowledge of health and safety.
Qualifications
* HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Teaching experience desirable but not essential; prepared to work towards a professional teaching qualification and Assessor and Verifier qualifications.

The Department operates across all three Forth Valley campuses and may require work at other campuses.
