Data Analyst - Intelligence and Improvement

Achieving for Children's (AfC) Business Services Directorate is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Intelligence and Improvement Team. This role supports Kingston and Richmond services, specifically social care, education, and health services for children and young people.

About the role

This is an entry-level analytical position focused on further developing core skills. Key responsibilities include supporting service managers in establishing and maintaining performance management systems, contributing to statutory returns and internal performance frameworks, ensuring data quality, and timely reporting to support the organisation's commissioning programme and strategic initiatives.

About you

You will primarily deliver information and intelligence on service performance and effectiveness through the collection, validation, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of data. You will work collaboratively with Performance Leads to support intelligence and improvement projects, provide crucial data support, and assist with analytical tasks.
