Close epic deals and win over top retailers: From supermarkets to restaurants, you'll be the champion responsible for opening doors and building killer relationships with buyers. Imagine walking into a foodservice giant and securing their next big listing.
Become a master of accounts: You'll own existing partnerships, driving profitable growth by crafting strategic plans and analysing data. Think joint business plans, promotional magic, and NPD launches – all under your expert guidance and experience.
Work with awesome teams: You'll have a supportive Sales Director in your corner, plus collaborate with marketing to bring in-store activations and sampling to life. We're all about collaboration and crushing goals together.
What makes you the perfect fit?
2-3 years of F&B sales experience: You've tasted success at a fast-growing company, secured wins in grocery and foodservice (including at least one top grocer!), and are hungry for more. Experience within the ever changing FMCG industry is key!
Can-do attitude with a dash of hustle: You're proactive, self-motivated, and see opportunities like shiny gold coins. No waiting around for instructions here – you make things happen.
Organization & multitasking on point: You'll manage two brands and multiple accounts with ease and determination.
Relationship-building pro & confident negotiator: You're approachable, charming, and can build trust with buyers like nobody's business. Picking up the phone and walking into stores is what you like to do.
Problem-solver extraordinaire: Think outside the box and find creative solutions when things get tough. They're a startup, so flexibility and resourcefulness are key.

Salary is up to £50-£60k basic, Central London office (Hybrid) and 15% bonus
