Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder and Chair of Trustees
This role provides highly effective administration and EA support to the Founder and Chair of Trustees of Ruskin Mill Trust.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, onsite at the Trust’s Corporate Offices, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire (not available for remote or hybrid working).
1st stage VC interviews will be w/c 15th December. 2nd stage interviews will be afternoon of Monday 22nd December.
Key Responsibilities:
* Note taking, minute taking and dictation.
* Diary management.
* Arranging and coordinating meetings.
* Arranging national and international travel.
* Preparing presentations and reports.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience of working as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator within a busy office, educational or charity setting.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organised and efficient approach.
* Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* A car driver is essential.
A flexible approach to work is essential; some evenings, weekends and overnight stays may be a requirement of this role (with appropriate notice).
