o Days: 6am to 6pm
o Nights: 6pm to 6am

As a Mechanical Engineer, your duties will include:
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery and production lines
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults to minimise downtime
* Maintaining conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics and other mechanical components
* Supporting the installation and commissioning of new and upgraded equipment
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and collaborating with production and electrical teams to improve equipment reliability
To be considered as a Mechanical Engineer, you will need:
* SVQ3 and HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience in an industrial or food processing environment
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial machinery
* Experience with preventive maintenance programmes and CMMS
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP or similar food safety systems
