We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Manager wanting to deliver first‑class restaurant experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower, the hotel offers a range of amenities including Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

As the Restaurant & Bar Manager you will…
* Assist the Operations Manager and deputize during their absence
* Oversee the smooth and efficient running of day‑to‑day operations in the Restaurant and Bar outlets
* Manage supervisors and associates to achieve departmental targets
* Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations if needed
* Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
* Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
* Check‑in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
* Clean tables, complete closing duties and re‑stock tableware and other supplies
