Position Details
We are recruiting a Contract Planner based in Glasgow. Candidates should be PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel, and possess effective communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Raising, monitoring, and recording purchase and hire orders; investigating invoice queries.
* Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire.
* Managing open work orders.
* Planning work for fabric and electrical technicians.
* Driving SLAs / KPIs to meet targets.
* Maximizing technician productivity as per contractual targets.
* Assisting PPM planner to ensure compliance SLAs are met.
* Liaising with subcontractors and updating systems for open work orders.
* Coordinating with parts suppliers and managing delivery issues.
* Managing equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
* Reporting on dashboard metrics.
