About the role: As a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner, you will care for children aged 0-5, with responsibility for a group of key children. You will observe, plan, and provide tailored care to support their development. Using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, you will promote children's well-being and prepare them for school and the wider world. In this role, you will also serve as a mentor, leading by example and demonstrating best practices to apprentices and Level 2 colleagues.
