Working Hours for the Sales Valuer:
1. Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 (occasional Saturday if required)
Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer:
2. Up to £30,000 basic - depending on experience
3. Car allowance
4. Fantastic uncapped earning potential with first year OTE circa £40,000
5. Ongoing support from an experienced senior leadership team.

Responsibilities for the role of the Sales Valuer:
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships, generating repeat business, referrals, and enhancing the agency’s reputation in the local market.
8. Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, managing offers effectively to achieve the best possible outcome.
9. Secure new instructions by presenting valuation reports and persuasive marketing strategies, building trust with homeowners.
10. Conduct property valuations to provide accurate market appraisals
11. Act as an ambassador for the agency, ensuring customers’ needs and interests remain the top priority.
Sales Valuer requirements:
12. Strong Sales background (Essential)
13. You have a proven track record of working as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer (Desired)
14. You will be able to provide the highest level of customer service.
15. You share the values of our client that include being progressive, accountable and a strong team player.
16. Full UK Driving Licence.
