About the role:
As a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality lessons.
* Provide effective 1:1 and small group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs.
* Use your CACHE Level 3 training to promote positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
* Support pupils’ academic progress and social development.
* Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and supervision during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes.
Person specification:
* CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working with children in a Primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* A proactive, confident, and caring approach to supporting children’s learning.
