As our SOC Analyst, youll play a key role in enhancing Cadents security posture and shaping the processes, policies, and procedures that refine our practices moving forward. You wont just monitor alerts or manage tickets – you will ensure our systems remain safe and operational, providing consistent and uninterrupted service.
Working closely with offshore first‑line analysts and the security engineering team, youll bring structure, insight, and leadership to our security operations. Youll refine SIEM detection rules, improve event management across both IT and OT estates, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure our systems remain secure. Youll also stay at the forefront of emerging security threats, trends, and technologies, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:
You’re an experienced SOC Analyst who is comfortable shaping security operations, coaching teams, and influencing at senior levels.
* Strong SOC Background– Experience managing security operations with proven expertise in alert triage, incident management, and threat analysis.
* Technical Credentials– Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Network+, and a solid grasp of SIEM and XDR tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
* Delivery Versatility– Ability to step into incident management roles and flex to meet security needs as required.
* Stakeholder Confidence– Skilled in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from field operatives to executive leaders.
