The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Maintenance Administrator Administration duties Adding planned maintenance of machines on to the inhouse Maintenance System Raising purchase orders Placing orders and matching goods received notes. Producing reports when required. Resolving any issues or delays Any other ad:hoc admin activities. The Ideal Maintenance Administrator Candidate Experience working in an administration role, preferably within a Manufacturing or Maintenance environment. Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications. Ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communications skills.
