Lutine Bell are currently supporting a leading Private Bank on a Compliance Advisory Manager - 12 Month FTC to provide specialist support for lending-related regulatory change. This is a key position within the Compliance team, focussed on navigating FCA regulation, enabling compliant transformation projects, and ensuring good customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited too;
* Provide expert advice on interpretation and application of FCA mortgage and consumer credit regulations.
* Identify and assess regulatory impacts of business and process changes.
* Attend project meetings, actively advising on regulatory and conduct risk; support the development and oversight of project deliverables, risks, and issues.
Experience Required
* Significant experience in UK Retail or Private Banking Compliance.
* Extensive knowledge of FCA regulation - especially in consumer credit and mortgages.
