Overview We are seeking a motivated Production Operative plays a key role within the manufacturing process, contributing directly to the production of safe, high-quality food products. The role is responsible for supporting efficient day-to-day production activities by processing raw materials and finished products in line with production plans, quality standards, and food safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow Manufacture products in accordance with the production plan, following specific batch requirements and production instructions Inspect raw materials and finished products during the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Accurately complete all required production documentation, including batch records, quality checks, and health & safety documentation Monitor and check critical control points, reporting any issues immediately Ensure production areas are kept clean, organised, and tidy in line with standard procedures Follow operating instructions for production areas and all machinery and equipment Ensure correct labelling and product identification is maintained at all times Maintain high standards of personal hygiene in line with food safety and health & safety requirements Carry out regular cleaning duties and complete required cleaning records Report all quality, health & safety, or maintenance-related incidents to support continuous improvement Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives Provide support during external audits, such as food safety and certification audits Additional Information No Jewelry No Aftershave/perfume Contract : Temp to perm 12weeks Working Hours : Am and PM shift Hourly Rate : £13.11 per hour If you are interested please call us on (option2) and ask for Freddie.
