Senior Technical Project Manager role at Disrupt Talent. Location: Borehamwood. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for evening/weekend work. Reports To: Director of Production. Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays.

They are now looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee their most complex technical productions. You\'ll bring together lighting, sound, video and scenic elements to deliver seamless, high-impact live events, leading diverse teams and ensuring creativity, passion and excellence shine through every project. With years of experience in creative lighting design and systems in client-facing roles, you\'ll not only excel in your specialist area but also bring strong knowledge of audio, video and scenic technologies, and a willingness to expand your knowledge of these areas.
What You\'ll Do
* Maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident communication
* Analyse briefs, ask the right questions, and shape them into deliverable, world-class concepts
* Develop proposals, quotations and technical responses that address client needs with creativity and commercial awareness
* Guide multidisciplinary teams from brief to final execution, ensuring flawless delivery
* Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence
* Produce equipment specifications and technical documentation across lighting, audio, video and scenic elements
* Lead on-site delivery, coordinating multiple technical departments and adapting quickly to changing requirements
* Monitor team performance, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback
