We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Male PE Teacher to deliver high-quality physical education lessons in Oldham. This is a permanent position joining a strong PE department. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and positive attitudes towards sport and wellbeing.
The role involves planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across a range of activities, managing practical sessions effectively, and supporting students to develop confidence, discipline, and resilience through sport. The position may also include leading extracurricular sports clubs and supporting fixtures or competitions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the curriculum
Promote participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
Manage and organise practical sports activities safely
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
About You
Qualified Teacher Status
Experience teaching PE to children or young people
Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
